returns, refund & exchanges

We hope you love your GALA piece—but if something’s not quite right, no worries.

You’ve got 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Just make sure:

• The item is unworn and in good condition
• Hang tag is still attached
• It’s in the original packaging

Sale items are final but may be exchanged within 14 days.

Return shipping costs are on you, and we recommend using a tracked service—we’re not responsible for lost or damaged returns. If an item is damaged on the way back, we’ll send it back your way.

Refunds:
Once we get your return, we’ll aim to process it within 7 working days. You’ll get an email once your refund is issued. It can take 3–5 business days to show in your account. If it’s been longer than 15 working days since we approved your return, feel free to reach out.

Important:
Please email us first at hellogalalondon@gmail.com to confirm the correct return address—we can’t accept returns sent to our business address.
